How we operate

Who does the work, and what happens after launch.

Three things worth knowing before you hand anyone money: who actually designs it, what you get in the months after it goes live, and why the two prices are what they are.

Who does the work

Real design. No AI slop.

Ten years in the industry and a design degree. Every page we ship is laid out by a person who has done this for a living since before the tools existed. That matters now, because a lot of what is sold as web design is a prompt and a template with your logo dropped in.

Behind the scenes

Where we do use AI

Admin, first-pass scope drafts, and the repetitive code nobody should type twice. It saves hours, and those hours are part of why the price is what it is.

Anything you can see

Where we never use it

The design, the layout, the order of the pages and the structure of the copy. Nothing a client or a customer looks at is generated.

Every build

Two weeks of fixes, included

After launch you get two weeks for anything that is not right. No ticket, no extra charge, no quibbling over what counts.

Always On is a different thing

An AI product built for you is not AI designing your site.

The AI enquiry handling package answers your customers, books them in and chases the ones who go quiet. It is a tool we build for your business. Using AI to design the site you are looking at would be the opposite, and we do not do it.

The partnership

A site nobody looks after quietly stops working.

Every week

We patch and back up

Updates applied, backups taken and tested, uptime watched. You hear from us only if something needs a decision.

Every month

We make your changes

Send us what you want changed and we do it. New page, new prices, new photos, new opening hours. No ticket queue.

Every quarter

We show you the numbers

Where you rank locally, how many enquiries came in, what the AI handled and what it passed to you. One page, plain English.

The arithmetic

Why it is priced this way.

Two prices, each set at what the work costs. Nothing is padded so that a discount can look generous later.

The build
£950
for all three

Three weeks of work. That is what it takes and that is what it costs. There is no office, no sales team and no account manager to pay for, so there is nothing to add on top of the person doing the job.

The care plan
from £95
a month

Priced separately, at what it costs to keep a site working: hosting watched, patches applied, your changes made, someone who replies. It is not a way of recovering money on a cheap build. Each package carries its own figure, and all three together cost less than the sum.

Written commitment

At month three, the rate is reviewed in writing.

If the work has lightened, the rate comes down. It is reviewed again every six months after that. You get this in the contract, not in conversation.
