Designed and built a public site for a regulated sole director, with every compliance claim on the page checked against the register it came from.

A regulated sole-director business needed a site that names its company number, ICO registration and redress-scheme membership on every page and survives being checked.

There was no previous website to replace. This is the state the job started from.

There is no screenshot in this column because there was no site to photograph. Everything opposite was made from the written intake.

  • No live site. The build described in the handover had existed only inside an ended AI session.
  • Legal documents that could not be published due to missing bracketed placeholders.
  • Live business email on the target domain with strict security records.

Compliance was the design brief

For a regulated sole trader every page carries compliance details.

Delivered

  • Nine pages live on her own domain in eleven days, across nine releases
  • No third-party requests and no cookies, so the site needs no consent banner
  • Privacy notice, cookie statement and terms of use taken from 91 placeholders to none
  • Domain switched with all six mail records byte-identical afterwards
  • Brand kit of 14 files published on her own domain
